Following five years of study at the Swiss School of Osteopathy in Belmont, Melinda graduated with distinction as an Osteopath (DO). She subsequently joined an Osteopathic Clinic (Morges) and the Walzinger practice (Vevey). After three years practising as an assistant, she joined the practice of A. Leyvraz in St-Légier. In 2017, she was awarded the Federally Recognised Osteopath (CDS) diploma. Driven by a desire to advance her expertise in athletic care, she became, in 2018, the first osteopath to obtain a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Sports Rehabilitation.
Drawing upon extensive professional experience, Melinda regularly shares her knowledge by mentoring osteopathic students from the HEdS in Fribourg. As a registered member of the Swiss Osteopathy Federation (FSO) and the Register of Empirical Medicine (RME), her services are recognised and eligible for reimbursement via supplementary health insurance. We kindly recommend that patients consult their insurance provider before their first appointment to confirm their specific terms of coverage.

Igor MARKOV
Osteopath CDS

Born in Ukraine, Igor grew up in Moscow before moving to the French Alps as a teenager. After five years of study at the European Center for Higher Education in Osteopathy in Lyon, he worked for over ten years in osteopathic clinics in Geneva and Lausanne. This extensive team experience gave him versatility and the ability to treat both acute and chronic conditions. Igor is also a clinical instructor, notably for Master's students in Osteopathy at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Fribourg (HEdS).
Calm and thoughtful, Igor offers a holistic approach based on listening. He uses a variety of osteopathic techniques (structural, tissue, cranial including TMJ, visceral, fascial, etc.). To refine his treatment, he has also trained in posturology and taping.
As a member of the Swiss Federation of Osteopaths (FSO) and the Register of Empirical Medicines (RME), Igor's services are recognized and reimbursed by supplementary insurance. Before your first consultation, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm the exact conditions.
